Quality Improvement

WAYS strives to provide high quality programs and services. Gathering information from our community partners, foster parents and youth in care is an important aspect of our quality improvement process.  The Quality Improvement Committee meets quarterly to review data resulting from all quality improvement activities including satisfaction surveys, serious occurrence reports, formal complaints, program reviews and other matters relating to the quality of service delivered by WAYS.  The results of reviews are used to create and implement action plans to assist with continuous quality improvement and enhancement.
