The purpose of the group is to:

  • Assist youth to learn more about managing stress
  • Learn positive self care
  • Take a look at friendships and other relationships
  • Keep safe and well
  • Give youth a place to be themselves and express what is on their mind

Criteria/Selection Process:

  • Youth must be willing to make a commitment for these dates
  • 14 to 17 year old males and females
  • Youth must be ready to explore challenging life areas
  • Being in the group is voluntary

Where:   WAYS Community Programs, 372 Maitland Street, London (in the annex at the back of the house)
